Refund policy

If you have questions about sizes or any product, we encourage you to contact the email hello@bebedistinto.com in advance.

If you still need to make a change or return, you have a period of 10 business days from when you receive the package to communicate it. For this you will have to send an email tohello@bebedistinto.comexplaining which product you want to return or exchange and the reason.

Refunds are not accepted on wines, nor tasting games. Because it contains foodstuffs.

In case the return is accepted, the product will have to be sent with a tracking code and it may not take more than a week to arrive since the return was accepted.

The customer will always be responsible for the return and shipping costs.
