The Wine: Everything But The Kitchen Sink

Everything but the kitchen sink 2020, is an ode to the English expression, all at once, even if it is not necessary. Mix of all the varieties available to make an ancestral fun and playful.

The producer: Nuria Renom

Nuria Renom is a force of nature that transcends good and evil. With a talent like few others and after having traveled half the world, she decides to rediscover herself by returning to the field. His experience as a sommelier at Bar Brutal offers him the possibility of traveling and learning about many realities. If we add to this his thirst for knowledge and his restless ass, we realize the project at hand. Nuria temporarily settles in the cellar of good friends Anna and Toni de La Salada, while looking for her own space. Although he works a handful of his beloved plots, this gives him the freedom to work with some of the best winemakers in the Alt Penedès and the surrounding hills. Nuria's wines, like her, are absolutely uncompromising. They are pure, salty and expressive wines. Its wines will not leave you indifferent. We are convinced!

The Region: Valencia

La Vall d'Albaida This region, traditionally rainfed, is being altered in the landscape due to the low profitability of the field, and in particular, of rainfed products. Where before there were olive trees, vineyards, almond trees, cereals and carob trees, now, with drip irrigation, we find orange trees, persimmons, pomegranates ... This worries the winery, as well as not being able to live with dignity from the land, and it is For this reason, they set themselves the challenge of creating a small winery to defend their vineyards.

Shipments

Rates and shipping options

At Bebedistinto we like to be transparent in everything we do. When it comes to buying products online, shipping is the most important aspect, which is why we take great care in shipping and handling orders using only 100% recycled packaging material.

An important premise: wine bottles are heavy (about 1.4 kg each) and shipping is expensive. At Bebedistinto we are proud to be an independent online store, and therefore we must charge shipping on most orders, otherwise we would not be in business. However, we do our best to offer very competitive shipping rates.

What is natural wine

Natural winemaking has become a movement akin to a revolution, a nemesis of the industrialization and homogenization of wine in the last three decades. Natural winemakers are at the forefront of this movement, rejecting industrial winemaking techniques and the excessive use of pesticides, fungicides, herbicides or fertilizers in the vineyard. Perhaps even more importantly, natural wine should be seen as an agricultural product where agriculture is an essential part. Agricultural conditions, labor rights, sustainability and ethical practices throughout the supply chain are now at the center of the natural wine discourse.

Why should you try natural wine?

Natural wine is probably the most fascinating wine on the market. Discovering natural wines is made even more exciting by the fact that each vintage is different and has a different flavor. The non-interventionist winemaking approach, together with the best organic and biodynamic practices in the vineyards, give wines of unique character.
