White wine outlined with aromas of ripe yellow stone fruit, herbaceous notes and salty touches. On the palate it is complex, fresh and energetic. The producer: Ton Rimbau
Recently named the best winegrower of 2020 by the French magazine OMNIVORE, Ton Rimbau's wines are made under biodynamic principles in their purest expression. As he himself says "I have to work a lot in the vineyard because my wines do not have anything ..." For this reason, Ton does not believe in terroir but in the strength of nature itself and in the balance of the elements that he carefully keeps . In the vineyard, this viticulturist located in the town of Vilobí del Penedès (Barcelona) is an authentic conductor who, with great wisdom and subtlety, cares for and nurtures the vine for the production of his Ton Rimbau Spill wine. It does not use copper or sulfur. He only uses herbal teas and stews made by himself from plants and natural products. They are old Xarel·lo vines that grow on clay-calcareous soils and are harvested manually overripe on fruit days, with a waning moon, following the principles of biodynamic agriculture. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are cold squeezed and gently pressed in a pneumatic press. It drains in a static and cold way. The must ferments slowly and under controlled temperature. The resulting wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks where it is also aged for twelve months. It is bottled without added sulfites.
The Region: Vilobí del Penedès
Vilobí del Penedès, is a municipality in the Alt Penedès region. It is located in the northern sector of the plain, to the north-west of the Vilafranca district, bumpy by the southern buttresses of the Font-rubí and Mediona mountain ranges and drained by the Llitrà or les Graus streams.

An important premise: wine bottles are heavy (about 1.4 kg each) and shipping is expensive. At Bebedistinto we are proud to be an independent online store, and therefore we must charge shipping on most orders, otherwise we would not be in business. However, we do our best to offer very competitive shipping rates.
Shipments take between 24-72 hours (working days) to reach the destination in peninsular shipments. Check via email firstname.lastname@example.org if it is an urgent shipment or you need it for a specific date.
In shipments to the Balearic Islands and other countries, the order may take a few more days to be shipped.
These times are estimates. We try to manage the orders as quickly as possible, but we are not responsible if the shipments are processed by the Post Office or Express Post and are delayed.
In the event of weekends, holidays or force majeure, orders will be attempted as soon as possible, but we do not promise to meet these delivery dates.
