El Vino: InStable No.0 in Vitro

White garnachas from a very high area, in its pure state, only in contact with concrete in the first fermentation and with a long aging of two years in the bottle, where a second fermentation takes place. Freshness and "champenoise" vinous, highly refined residual carbonic and saline aftertaste.

The producer: Vins Nus

Since 2001, the architect Alfredo Arribas begins his adventure in the world of wine, after acquiring the Clos del Portal estate, in Priorat, where he started his activity. It has recently incorporated a family -extreme- of high-altitude, natural wines, the Vins Nus. Vins Nus are wines in which there are more absences than additions: hardly wood, no extraction, no alcohol, no color ... But without ceasing to show the identity of an essential Priorat. With altitudes of the vineyards that reach from 500m to 800m. Where it rains more than twice that in traditional areas and the temperature reaches differentials of more than 5ºC. The InStabiles are exercises based on the art of assembly, on congenializing the purest winery works, on building an itinerant path of wines in pursuit of subtlety and the difficult balance of small, light, weightless weights that evoke its name and its same image. Wine crafts.

The Region: Priorat, la morera.

Rates and shipping options

At Bebedistinto we like to be transparent in everything we do. When it comes to buying products online, shipping is the most important aspect, which is why we take great care in shipping and handling orders using only 100% recycled packaging material.

An important premise: wine bottles are heavy (about 1.4 kg each) and shipping is expensive. At Bebedistinto we are proud to be an independent online store, and therefore we must charge shipping on most orders, otherwise we would not be in business. However, we do our best to offer very competitive shipping rates.

What is natural wine

Natural winemaking has become a movement akin to a revolution, a nemesis of the industrialization and homogenization of wine in the last three decades. Natural winemakers are at the forefront of this movement, rejecting industrial winemaking techniques and the excessive use of pesticides, fungicides, herbicides or fertilizers in the vineyard. Perhaps even more importantly, natural wine should be seen as an agricultural product where agriculture is an essential part. Agricultural conditions, labor rights, sustainability and ethical practices throughout the supply chain are now at the center of the natural wine discourse.

Why should you try natural wine?

Natural wine is probably the most fascinating wine on the market. Discovering natural wines is made even more exciting by the fact that each vintage is different and has a different flavor. The non-interventionist winemaking approach, together with the best organic and biodynamic practices in the vineyards, give wines of unique character.
